If you run missions, I suggest not using ACs, but going long range instead.
It makes it far less tedius. A thrasher with 280s works wonders for lvl1s and lvl2s.
I suggest you go read guides on fitting ships, instead of copying fittings of others.
You know how it works. Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day ...
... and annoy you the next day again, because he wants another fish ...
... so he'll just get killed, because he's an annoying, self entitled ****.
Instead, teach him how to fish so you don't have to kill him.

There's tutorials that teach you how to fit your ship, at least rudimentarily.
I assume you did not do all of them, else you wouldn't have fitted your ship this way.
It's like you either completely ignored it, or didn't do them at all.
Do them.
Read guides.
It's not hard, really.
Just take your time.
In EVE, everything takes time. :)

Make range and speed your tank.
On this one you mix active boosting with relays for passive regen.
A booster alone is sufficient.
Damage control, gyrostab, etc.
Or just overdrives like I would use.
Remember that you can fit rigs too.
